PASSPORTPHOTOS BY DROIDSize

Your photo. Your choice.

How PassportPhotos.in, a Droidsize service, handles the information you choose to share.

Local studio orders and photo sharing

Submitting a print order uploads the photo to private storage and shares it, together with your order contact details, with the one studio you select. Studio staff can prepare versions and download approved print files. A network administrator can manage operational order information but has no routine photo-file access. Files downloaded by a studio cannot be recalled.

Saving, expiry and reprints

You can choose to save a photo for 90 days after collection. Without extended saving, files expire 7 days after collection. Unfinished-order photos initially expire after 30 days. Expired files become inaccessible immediately; physical cleanup runs in scheduled, bounded batches. Deletion controls remove files held by us when they are no longer needed for production. Reprints require a new order and customer approval; a saved photograph may not meet a new application’s recency rules.

Order alerts

Order updates are stored in your private workspace. If delivery is configured, transactional email contains a secure link and no photo attachment. Transactional SMS is optional and uses the number you supply. External delivery is subject to provider availability. Staff must protect customer contact details and photos.

Free tools stay on your device

Our crop, resize, signature, conversion and print-sheet tools read your photo in your browser. They do not send its image data to our server. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working photo; files you download remain on your device.

Studio is a different service

Paid AI processing is not currently enabled. When available, starting a paid order sends your selected photo to our private storage and the fal image-processing service. Their processing and retention terms apply. Do not upload sensitive identity documents. Marketing sample portraits are illustrative AI images.

Your enquiries and account

We store the name, email, organisation and message you submit so Droidsize can manage your request. Signed-in requests are linked to your site account. Email-code sign-in uses Better Auth and an essential session cookie. Vercel hosts the application and private photo storage, Neon stores account and order records, and Brevo delivers sign-in codes and transactional email. We do not ask for passwords or payment-card details in our forms.

Private orders and deletion

Studio orders and files require the account that created them. You can request file deletion from an order page when processing is complete. This removes files held by PassportPhotos, not records a processor must retain. Order and payment records may be kept for business and legal purposes.

Your rights and requests

Contact us through the support form to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted details. Include the relevant reference. Only upload a photo of yourself or an adult who has given permission. Studio is restricted to adults.

Tracking and updates

We do not use advertising scripts or session-recording tools in the photo editor or private Studio flows. Hosting and authentication providers may process operational logs. This policy will be updated before paid processing opens.
