AI headshots can be a useful option for a professional profile, speaker bio or team page. Review every result for likeness before publishing it, and follow the rules of the institution using it.
Keep official photos authentic
US passport photo guidance explicitly prohibits AI alterations. Canadian passport photos must be unaltered and taken by a commercial photographer. UK public guidance also asks for an unaltered photograph.
Formatting is not the same as acceptance
A tool can measure dimensions and file size. It cannot promise that an authority will accept your photograph, or know when it was taken. Follow your exact document and submission requirements.
